Valtera restorans opened on April 4, 2013. It was opened by Chef Valters Zirdziņš. The restaurant is in favor of supplying local products, accounting approximately 90% of all raw materials we work with.
Our food is a modern Latvian cuisine. Our menu is seasonal, and special offers are available every day, depending on suppliers and season.
